Reflections on my experience with NEP at the Cbus NRL OB, by Steve Kwan

I have been working as a camera operator on live switched music concerts at the Southern Cross University Lismore Campus studios every week during the semesters since 2014. I am intimately familiar with the aspects of camera operation, CCU, vision switching, producing and directing. During the recent Australian Swimming Championships held in Brisbane, 9 HBTP tertiary students and graduates gained valuable industry experience and on the job  training.
